Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum number of learners required?

Our quotas start from 50 Flat licenses. This will give 50 employees unlimited accesss to the entire portfolio of the Content Collection.

How are the e-learnings provided?

There are two options here:

  • Option 1: Would you like to get off to a fresh start with e-learning? You are welcome to use our learning environment.
  • Option 2: If you already have your own learning environment, our courses are easily connected via interfaces such as SCORM or LTI 1.3.
Is it possible to repeat a course?

Each completed e-learning session can be repeated as often as you like. The condition for this is a current basic rent.

Where is the data stored?

The data from our learnig space "Lernwelt" is hosted exclusively in Germany. The Lernwelt-Manager does not store any personal data.

How do you access the e-learning courses?

Learners have direct access to our e-learnings via the Haufe Akademie learning environment or via their own Learning Management System (LMS). Intelligent interfaces such as SCORM or LTI make it possible to connect to course content. Technical support and advice are always included.

In which form are the courses offered?

All our e-learnings are “ready to use.” This means they are always ready for use. The courses are either assigned centrally to employees or retrieved “on demand” by learners themselves

How are e-learning programs used?

The e-learnings can be used holistically or alone, depending on requirements and topic. Depending on the level of knowledge, they are a useful addition to longer training, serve as an introduction to a topic or to consolidate knowledge.

Is there a confirmation of participation at the end of a course?

Yes, every e-learning program has a certificate of participation, which is provided at the end of the respective course.

Can you share access with someone?

No, every access is personalized for the learner and can only be used by him/her.

Which devices do e-learning courses run on?

Our e-learnings are available on all common devices that are part of the work equipment, whether it's a PC, laptop or tablet.

How long does a course last?

The length of a digital learning unit varies between 30 minutes and 2.5 hours.

What formats are there in e-learning?

In order to ensure learning success for all different types of learners, our e-learnings consist of many different formats. These formats range from expert videos and short film sequences to video simulations and explanatory videos. For auditory learners, for example, audios such as audiobook sequences are integrated. With the help of integrated exercises and knowledge tests, what has been learned is consolidated and transferred into practice through transfer impulses.

In which languages are the courses available?

The courses are available in German and English as standard. Other languages are available upon request.

At what frequency do new courses appear?

New e-learnings are published at regular intervals of three months.

Is it possible to interrupt courses at any time and resume them later?

Yes, it works. E-learning courses can be interrupted at any time. Next time, e-learning starts right where the learner left off.
