Thanks to our adaptive learning approach, the learning time of your employees varies depending on previous knowledge. Our e-learning courses take between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours.
In order to ensure learning success for all different types of learners, our e-learnings consist of many different formats. These formats range from expert videos and short film sequences to video simulations and explanatory videos. For auditory learners, for example, formats such as audiobook sequences are integrated. With the help of integrated exercises and knowledge tests, what has been learned is consolidated and put into practice.

The content of our e-learning courses is regularly reviewed by experienced experts in the relevant subject areas and adapted to new legal requirements. The regular adaption of content in accordance with current legal requirements is included in Compliance College licenses.

Ja, mit unserem optionalen Feature "Richtlinien-Roll-Out" können Sie Richtlinien und Hinweise unternehmensweit oder für definierte Zielgruppen ausspielen. Die Schritte dokumentiert das Compliance College automatisch.
Ja. Mit unserer Customizing-Toolbox können Sie unsere E-Learnings an Ihre unternehmensspezifischen Bedarfe anpassen. Sie können auch individuelle Vorgaben nahtlos in Kurse einbauen.
Ja. Sollte ein zugewiesenes E-Learning nicht in der unternehmensspezifisch vorgegebenen Zeit abgeschlossen werden, werden automatisierte Erinnerungsmails an die Lerner:innen verschickt. Die Bearbeitungszeit beträgt im Standard 42 Tage. 14 Tage vor dem Ablauf wird eine erste Erinnerungsmail verschickt, sowie nach Ablauf der Bearbeitungszeit. Die Zeiten für Erinnerungsmails können entsprechend der Anforderungen in Ihrem Unternehmen einfach angepasst werden.
Bei Nutzung unseres Compliance Colleges werden die Lerner:innen im ersten Schritt mit dem Administrations-Tool entweder als Einzelanlage oder mithilfe einer Excel als User im System angelegt. Für weitere Anlagemöglichkeiten wie z.B. über SSO bei SCORM-Connectoren beraten wir Sie gerne individuell und unternehmensspezifisch. Sobald die Lerner:innen angelegt sind, können ihnen – je nach Wunsch des Unternehmens – in kurzer Zeit über das Teilnehmerverwaltungstool E-Learnings zugewiesen werden oder sie können über die Katalogfunktion selbst auf die Inhalte zugreifen.
Ja, das geht. Die E-Learnings können jederzeit unterbrochen werden. Das
E-Learning startet beim nächsten Mal genau dort, wo unterbrochen wurde.
Unsere E-Learnings sind auf allen gängigen Endgeräten verfügbar, die zum Arbeitsequipment gehören, egal ob PC, Laptop oder Tablet.
Es gibt drei Auslieferungsmöglichkeiten:
1. Sie können das Compliance College als SaaS-Lösung in Ihrem Unternehmen einführen.
2. Sie können die E-Learnings über den SCORM-Connector und LTI ins unternehmensspezifische LMS einstellen.
3. Eine On-Premise-Auslieferung der E-Learnings als SCORM-Dateien ist auf Anfrage möglich.
Ja. Hat Ihr Unternehmen bereits eine eigene Lernumgebung, werden unsere Kurse unkompliziert über einen SCORM-Connector oder LTI 1.3 angebunden. Über den SCORM-Connector erhalten Sie inhaltliche Aktualisierungen der E-Learnings unmittelbar.
Ja. Das Compliance College verwendet hierbei SAML 2.0 oder alternativ OpenID Connect. Ebenso ist SCIM 2.0 vorhanden.
Wichtig hierbei ist, dass die IdP (Identity Provider) Ihres Unternehmens entsprechend Service-Provider initiiertes SAML 2.0 beherrscht.
Das System bietet eine REST-API, über welche diverse andere Systeme mit dem College kommunizieren und interagieren können. Diese ermöglichen bei Bedarf eine Integration in eine bestehende Systemlandschaft. Darüber hinaus bestehen direkte Integrationen zu verschiedenen Meeting-Konferenzlösungen.
