I have been working in HR and L&D for almost 20 years and know both sides — that of the provider and that of the “user.” This gives me a comprehensive look at how and with which tools people can best develop themselves. My mission: to continue to fuel LXP's success story and change the learning world sustainably.

I am convinced that no corporate strategy can be successfully implemented today without making relevant knowledge available to the entire organization on demand.
