The General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) in brief
No rule without exception!
This training is held in German.
It is not only in times of intercultural cooperation that the AGG is becoming increasingly important and is moving into the focus of HR work. Every person is unique and must not be discriminated against on the basis of their personality. Nevertheless, there are exceptions and the AGG does not fundamentally prohibit the different treatment of employees. The contents of the AGG are discussed and the options for action to ensure a non-discriminatory and sensible approach are discussed.
