  • Booking

     

    You have the option of registering for your training online, by e-mail or by telephone. 

    You will receive a binding confirmation of registration from us with all the important information about your course.
    If your course is already fully booked at the time of booking, we will secure you a place on the waiting list.

  • Booking for third parties

     

    You can also register third parties for a training course online, by e-mail or by telephone. There is no registration deadline for booking.

    When booking online, you first log in with your own access data.
    During the booking process, you have the option of booking for another participant under "Select participants".

     

    You and the registered participant will then receive a binding confirmation of registration from us with all the important information about the booked course.

    If the course is already fully booked at the time of booking, we will secure the participant a place on the waiting list.

    Please note: It is not possible to book content subscriptions for third parties. This can only be booked by the person who wants to use the subscription.

  • Non-binding reservation

     

    It is possible to reserve a place for up to 14 days. You can use the advance reservation form for this. This can be found on the details page of the course below the dates.

  • Waiting list

     

    It is possible that the desired date of your training course is already fully booked at the time of booking. In this case, we will secure you a place on the waiting list. If a place becomes available for you, we will inform you immediately.

  • Reservation

     

    Sometimes further training courses are not yet bookable. In this case, you can make a reservation. You can use the "Pre-booking form" for this. This can be found on the right-hand side of the details page of the training course. As soon as the event is bookable, we will inform you by email.

  • Rebooking

     

    You can rebook once to another date if you are unable to attend your booked event date. Please note that we charge a processing fee for rebooking.

  • Cancellation

     

    If you no longer wish to take part in your booked course, you can cancel the booking.
    Please note that we will charge a processing fee for canceling your booking.

  • Spare part

     

    If you are unable to attend your booked event date, you can name a substitute participant from your company at any time.
    You will not incur any additional costs.

  • Implementation guarantee

     

    Dates that are certain to be held are marked with a tick on the details page of the training course. 

  • Cancellation of the event

     

    We reserve the right to cancel the event due to insufficient demand or number of participants or for other important reasons for which we are not responsible (e.g. sudden illness of the speaker, force majeure).

  • Documents

     

    You will receive all the documents you need for your event on site.
    We will inform you in advance if you need to bring additional materials with you or if you need to prepare specifically for the training. 

    For our online events, we will send you the required documents to the address you have provided.
     

  • Number of participants

     

    The number of participants varies per course. The maximum number of participants is based on the didactic concept of the course.

  • Dress code

     

    For the further training of Haufe Akademie There is no dress code. Casual business attire is appropriate. You will be informed separately of any exceptions.

  • Seminar times and schedule

     

    You can find the seminar times on the details page of the training course for the respective date and after confirmed registration in your learning environment.

    The course schedule/agenda and break times will be announced on site by the trainer .

  • Evening planning

     

    The evenings are at the free disposal of the participants. You will be informed separately of any exceptions.

  • Confirmation of participation and certificate

     

    You will find your confirmation of participation in the learning environment after your training. If you receive a certificate for your training, we will send it to you by email after the end of the event.

  • Room booking

     

    For our events, a limited number of rooms are available for participants up to four weeks before the start of the event.

    Once you have confirmed your registration, a hotel reservation form will be available in your learning environment. You can use this to book your hotel room. Alternatively, you can book directly with the hotel; you will also find the contact details in your learning environment.
    It is not obligatory to stay at the event hotel. 

    For events in PC centers, you will find hotel recommendations in the vicinity of the event location in your learning environment.

  • Overnight price

     

    The accommodation price in the contingent varies depending on the event hotel. You will find the price in your learning environment after you have confirmed your registration.

    Participants are responsible for their own accommodation costs.

     

  • Catering

     

    During the event, one lunch per full seminar day is included, as well as refreshments during the morning and afternoon breaks.

    Please inform the event hotel of any food intolerances or allergies up to 7 days before arrival.

  • Arrival with Deutsche Bahn

     

    We have arranged special conditions for participants traveling by Deutsche Bahn.

  • Advantages of your learning environment

     

    In your personal learning environment, you will always have access to all information about your seminars online. Haufe Akademie available.

    This concerns event and participant data, a preliminary questionnaire if necessary, hotel reservation forms, directions and supplementary materials such as photo logs.

    You will also find your confirmation of participation in the learning environment after your training.

  • Invoice

     

    As a rule, we invoice the participation fee after the start of the event or course with immediate payment terms.

    In the case of e-learning, transfer and business coaching and package prices for courses, the fee is invoiced immediately after registration.

  • Payment method

     

    Our invoices can only be paid by bank transfer.

  • Academy Card

     

    When you purchase an Academy Card, you benefit from a 10% discount on the participation fee and a 3% discount on the daily or hourly rate for selected in-house seminars and consulting.

    All e-learning courses on compliance and sustainability management can be booked individually.

  • Access

     

    As soon as your booking has been confirmed, you can access your booked e-learning via the learning environment. Simply log in using the e-mail address from your registration confirmation.

  • Useful life

     

    Once your booking has been confirmed, the e-learning course you have booked is available to you for 365 days.

  • Payment

     

    You will be invoiced for the e-learning immediately after booking.

  • Confirmation of participation

     

    After completing an e-learning course, you can download a digital certificate of attendance.

  • Language selection

     

    If your e-learning is available in different languages, you can change these at the top right when you start it for the first time.

    Please note that the e-learning is started in German the first time you start it. If you change the language, it will be saved for your next access.

  • Business Solutions

     

    From 50 licenses, we also offer our e-learning courses as a corporate solution.

  • Subject areas

     

    The content subscription includes 100+ e-learning courses that focus on various areas of everyday professional life. These include communication and collaboration, project management, leadership skills, health, artificial intelligence and much more.

  • Booking

     

    You can book the content subscription directly here.

    Please note: It is not possible to book content subscriptions for third parties. This can only be booked by the person who wants to use the subscription.

  • Access

     

    After completing the booking, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. A link in the order confirmation will take you directly to the content subscription.

  • Useful life

     

    The content subscription is active for three months from the time of booking and is automatically extended for a further three months.

  • Payment

     

    You will receive the first invoice directly after your booking. After that, you will be billed for the content subscription every three months.

  • Termination

     

    You can cancel your content subscription up to four weeks before the end of the term with a single click in your profile on the learning platform.

  • Confirmation of participation

     

    As soon as you have completed an e-learning course, you can download the confirmation of participation. If your subscription is inactive, you will no longer have access to your participation confirmations.

  • Language selection

     

    If the e-learning is available in different languages, you can change these at the top right when you start it for the first time.
