When will I receive the invoice?
The participation fee is usually sent to the specified billing address immediately after the start of training event immediate payment due. Payment of our invoices is only possible by bank transfer. Payment in installments is not possible.
For e-learning courses, transfer and business coaching, and package prices for courses, invoicing takes place immediately after booking confirmation.
We offer the following invoice formats:
- Shipping by mail: Standard procedure, unless otherwise specified.
- Shipping by email: Please note that this is only possible to commercial e-mail.

How can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment directly via your personal learning environment. Alternatively, you can phone us by e-mail phone .
The terms and conditions for rescheduling and cancellations can be found in the Terms and conditions.
Will I receive confirmation of my participation?
You can access your confirmation of participation at any time in your personal learning environment after completing or finishing your training.
Certificates will be sent to you within 14 days of successfully completing the training. Your personal badge will be available training event the learning environment immediately after completing the training event .
What seminar materials will I receive at antraining event?
All necessary documents for your training event provided to you on site.
If you need to bring additional materials or require special preparation for the training, we will inform you in advance. Further documents relating to your training event available in your learning environment after completion.
Does Haufe Akademie ISO certification?
Haufe Akademie an ISMS certified according to ISO 27001:2022.
What information do I need to provide when booking?
In order to process your booking quickly and smoothly, we need some information about the person participating in the training course:
- Salutation
- First and last name
- billing address
- Personal e-mail address
If you also provide us with a mobile phone number, we can inform the participant directly in the event of any last-minute changes.

How do I book my continuing education course?
Simply book your training course online in our shop and secure your place in just a few clicks. After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation with all the important details about your training course. If your desired training course is already fully booked, we will put you on the waiting list and inform you as soon as a place becomes available.
How do I book a training course for someone else?
You can now conveniently book training courses for third parties via our shop. Simply log in with your access data and select the person you want to register under "Select participants" during the booking process. After booking, you and the registered person will receive a booking confirmation with all the important information about the training course. If the training course is already fully booked, we will automatically secure a place on the waiting list for the registered person.
What seminar materials will I receive for an online training course?
For our online events, we will send the necessary documents to the address you have provided.
You can enter this in your learning environment under personal data. Further documents relating to your training event available in your learning environment after completion.
What can I do if there is no suitable appointment available?
If there are no suitable dates available for you, you can sign up for e-mail notifications e-mail new dates under the appointment selection.
Can I make a reservation for a fully booked date?
If your desired training course is already fully booked, we will put you on the waiting list and inform you as soon as a place becomes available.
What discounts can I benefit from?

Can I reserve an appointment?
Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance. To do so, use the "Reserve appointment" function located below the appointments when selecting a date.
What seminar materials will I receive at a conference/congress?
At our in-person conferences and congresses, you will receive all the necessary documents directly on site.
For online conferences and congresses, we will send you the required materials to the address you have provided. The script texts will be available exclusively online in your learning environment one week before your conference date. The printed and bound document with the topic slides will either be provided for you on site or sent to you. You can access the speakers' presentation slides online on the day of the event.
Is Haufe Akademie certified Haufe Akademie the Employment Agency?
Haufe Akademie not registered with the Employment Agency and is therefore not AZAV-certified.
What should I do if I am sick on the day of the training course?
In case of illness, you have the option of rebooking your training event a new date. Here too, the conditions for rebooking and cancellation apply in accordance with the Terms and conditionsapply.
What are the training and break times for my continuing education program?
You can view the seminar times on the details page for the respective training course and in the learning environment once you have confirmed your registration.
The exact schedule for training event break times will be trainers by the trainers at the beginning. Each seminar day includes a 15-minute coffee break in the morning and afternoon and a 60-minute lunch break.
