Thanks to our adaptive learning approach, the learning duration of your employees varies depending on their previous knowledge. Our e-learning courses have a maximum learning time of between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours.
To ensure learning success for all different types of learners, our e-learning courses consist of many different formats. These formats range from expert videos and short film sequences to video simulations and explanatory videos. For auditory types of learners, for example, audios such as audio book sequences are integrated. Yes, if an assigned e-learning course is not completed within the time specified by the company, automated reminder e-mails are sent to the learners . The standard processing time is 42 days. A first reminder email is sent 14 days before the expiry date and after the expiry date. The times for reminder emails can be easily adapted to suit your company's requirements.
When using our Compliance College, learners are first created in the system using the administration tool either as an individual creation or as a user using Excel. We will be happy to advise you individually and on a company-specific basis on other creation options, e.g. via SSO with SCORM connectors. As soon as the learners have been created, they can - depending on the company's wishes - be assigned e-learning courses in a short time via the participant administration tool or they can access the content themselves via the catalog function.
Yes, that is possible. E-learning can be interrupted at any time. The
e-learning starts the next time exactly where it was interrupted.
Our e-learning courses are available on all common end devices that are part of your work equipment, whether PC, laptop or tablet.
There are three delivery options:
1. You can introduce the Compliance College as a SaaS solution in your company.
2. you can upload the e-learnings to the company-specific LMS via the SCORM connector and LTI.
3. on-premise delivery of the e-learnings as SCORM files is possible on request.
Yes, if your company already has its own learning environment, our courses can be easily connected via a SCORM connector or LTI 1.3. You will receive content updates to the e-learning courses immediately via the SCORM connector.
Yes, the Compliance College uses SAML 2.0 or alternatively OpenID Connect. SCIM 2.0 is also available.
It is important that your company's IdP (identity provider) is able to handle SAML 2.0 initiated by the service provider.
The system offers a REST API via which various other systems can communicate and interact with the college. This enables integration into an existing system landscape if required. There are also direct integrations to various meeting conference solutions.
