We support you in the certified training of your employees to become agile coaches: With our individual Agile Coach Program , we enable them to successfully shape change and strengthen the agility of your company.
By training to become a certified Agile Coach, your employees will develop the necessary methodological and coaching skills. They will become ambassadors and multipliers in your company's change process.
The program is aimed at people with solid theoretical and practical basic knowledge of agile project management, such as Product Owners or Scrum Masters. We recommend at least one year of practical experience in an agile environment.
The development program is available in two versions: As a hybrid option with on-site and remote components or as a purely virtual program.
The Agile Coach Program for your company consists of four modules: Two mandatory and two elective modules, as well as an individual case study including a presentation in a final webinar.
