The content of the course is based on the international project management standards according to IPMA/GPM and the Project Management Institute (PMI®).
The individual modules can be adapted to company-specific requirements and needs during the design phase. We coordinate the elective seminars with you in a standardized manner and thus enable company-specific focal points. Additional modules (e.g. project management simulation or exam preparation) can be added. The program is certified by the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences (HdWM).

A project management career according to GPM/IPMA starts with Level D know-how. In this certification course based on the IPMA Competence Baseline (ICB 4.0), you will learn and train everything you need to get ready for the optional GPM/IPMA® Level D certification. Level C/B on request.
The Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification is the most prestigious and internationally recognized certification. It confirms your professional experience and ability to successfully manage projects according to the PMI® standard. The training is based on the current PMP® Examination Content Outline.
