To be eligible for the PMP® exam, PMI® requires verifiable project management experience: 36 months with a university degree or 60 months without a university degree, as well as 35 contact hours of formal project management training. In addition, you confirm your compliance with the PMI® Code of Conduct as part of the registration process .

The exam is taken online —either at a location of your choice or at one of the Pearson VUE test centers.
The PMP® exam consists of 180 scenario-based multiple-choice questions and lasts a total of 240 minutes. You will receive your results immediately . It covers three key areas of expertise: people, process, and business environment. The exam does not test pure factual knowledge, but rather your ability to make informed decisions in realistic project situations, such as stakeholder conflicts, risk escalations, or prioritization decisions.
During training , you training precisely these decision-making situations.
