Tips for the optimal online training event
- Make sure that you can take part in your training event from an undisturbed location so that you can concentrate fully on your training.
- Take part in your training event via a desktop PC or laptop/notebook. Participation via cell phone or tablet is not possible or only possible to a very limited extent.
- We recommend Google Chrome as the browser for participating in your training event.
- Prepare your place: Have paper and pens ready for notes and make sure you have drinks.
- Do the system check early on, ideally at least 2 days before the start of your training event. If there are internal company settings that restrict access to your camera, for example, your IT department can support you in advance.
- Connect your headset and your camera (if you are participating with a desktop PC) and set these as output media in the system settings before you enter the event room.
- To avoid distractions and disruptions and to increase connection stability, please close all applications that access the Internet, such as apps, mail programs or VPN clients.
- For a stable Internet connection, we recommend using a LAN cable.
- Before you enter the event room, delete the cookies in your browser.
