Kick-off practical project: information on the start, coaching and rules

Practical project

You will apply what you have learned directly in your day-to-day work in your own practical project. You will be accompanied by a trainer who will be available to you virtually for two hours during the project for questions and advice. You will complete the practical project on a topic of your choice in your own company.

  • Determine the maturity level of your organization and derive recommendations for action for the strategic orientation of process management.

Methods

The modules of the course are organically interlinked in terms of content. Interactive and practical exercises make it easier for you to integrate what you have learned into your everyday life. Between each module block, you will have time to apply and consolidate your newly acquired knowledge and skills in practice.

Throughout the entire program, you will work on an overarching case study that runs like a common thread through each module. This illustrates the content in concrete terms and gives you the opportunity to bring along and confront individual issues from your own everyday organizational life. In the final practical project, you will then work on a specific issue and implement your project directly in your day-to-day work. This creates a link to your personal challenges, deepens your knowledge and allows you to benefit from new approaches in your process management immediately after the training.
