Where do the ratings come from?

All reviews come directly from the participants the events of the Haufe Akademie After each appointment, the participants We provide detailed feedback via questionnaire. Customer testimonials also come from these questionnaires.

How is the overall grade calculated?

The various criteria (e.g. practical relevance or comprehensibility of the content), which are queried in the questionnaire, are included in equal parts in the overall assessment.

When do the evaluations of a seminar become visible?

The ratings are updated on our website at regular intervals.
