This distance learning course is held in German.

Sustainable employee recruitment and retention, team health and team success depend on various factors. People coaches, who are part of the team, can respond quickly and specifically to individual and overarching needs and changes, strengthen the team structure, support change processes and take the pressure off managers. This practical distance learning course enables you to take on the role of:people coach in your team in addition to your everyday tasks. You will acquire or expand your existing coaching and consulting skills to provide your team, individual colleagues and your manager with the best possible support in their day-to-day work. The distance learning course consists of nine modules with an integrated people coach podcast, which provide you with a full toolbox of methods at the end and motivate you to use and transfer them. Our experts are at your side on your learning journey and also offer you space to exchange ideas and support for implementation in online seminars.

The distance learning course "People coach" has been tested and approved by the State Central Agency for Distance Learning (ZFU) in Cologne under the number 7484024.

In your personal online learning environment, all learning content will be available to you online from the start of the distance learning course. At the same time, you will also find useful work aids, interactive learning checks, additional products for your course and the opportunity to exchange ideas with other course participants. The materials are updated regularly and are available to you without restriction for 12 months. If required, we will be happy to offer you a free extension of 6 months.
