Agile project and process management in the public sector

Agile tools and methods

This training is held in German.
Today, public institutions have to react quickly to the changing requirements of citizens and companies. Agile project and process management offers a suitable approach for working in a dynamic environment. Unlike in the private sector, however, the public sector is integrated into tightly defined structures, which is why the framework conditions for agile working differ significantly. Nevertheless, there is still plenty of room for maneuver for public institutions in which agile working is possible - always with a focus on real added value for our citizens. In this training, you will learn how you can use agile project and process management in the specific context of public institutions. Get to know agile tools and methods that you can use to meet the requirements of a modern public sector.
