Written thesis: Within 4 weeks of attending the last compulsory seminar, you submit a written thesis to the Haufe Akademie .
In this assignment, with a maximum length of 6 pages, you will work on a task relating to your talent management concept in the company. You will find the specific task in your learning environment.
As part of the "Certified Talent Manager" course, you will complete seven seminar days and submit a thesis at the end of the course.
The course should be completed within two years.
The seminars are held in a methodically sensible order. We recommend that you start with the "Professional Talent Management" training and follow the suggested sequence in order to achieve the best possible learning effect.
The skills you acquire from the individual seminars are documented by a final certificate as a certified Talent Manager from the Haufe Akademie.
You will receive 6 issues of the new magazine "Personalmagazin - neues lernen" free of charge as inspiration for your personnel development. The magazine is sent out every 2 months and ends automatically

Examination requirements:
Completion of the three compulsory seminars is a prerequisite for completing the course.
Within 4 weeks of attending the last compulsory seminar, you must submit a written report to the Haufe Akademie .
Examination content:
In your written assignment of a maximum of 6 pages, you will work on a task relating to your talent management concept in the company. You will find the specific task in your learning environment. The paper will then be assessed by an examiner. If you pass, you will receive the Haufe certificate "Certified Talent Manager".
