Examination:

Final thesis on your talent management concept in the company

Seven seminar days must be completed as part of the "Certified Talent Manager" course. At the end, a final paper is submitted as an examination. The seminars are held in a methodically sensible order. We recommend starting with the "Professional Talent Management" training and following the suggested sequence in order to achieve the best possible learning effect. The skills acquired from the individual seminars are documented by a final certificate for "Certified Talent Manager". The course should be completed within two years.

Final examination

Examination requirements:
Completion of the three compulsory seminars is a prerequisite for completing the course.
A written report must be submitted to the Haufe Akademie within 4 weeks of attending the last compulsory seminar.

Exam content:
In the written assignment, which must not exceed 6 pages, participants work on a task relating to their talent management concept in the company. The specific task is stored in the learning environment. The paper is then assessed by an examiner. If it is passed, the Haufe certificate "Certified Talent Manager" is issued.
