Examination requirements
The prerequisite is the completion of the 3 face-to-face modules of the training and participation in the three webinars. In addition, a written paper must be submitted to the examination committee four weeks before the examination date.
Form of examination
In addition to technical knowledge, the extent to which candidates are able to apply what they have learned in their own HR practice is tested. The examination takes place orally on the day of the examination through the presentation of the written paper and a simulated consultation. The duration of the exam is limited to half a day per participant . Attendance on site is required on this day. The group and time allocation is made approx. 12 weeks before the examination date.
Exam contents
Part 1: Written elaboration
Documentation of a business case from your own HR practice in a written paper of approx. 5-7 pages. Summary of the final paper in the form of a PowerPoint presentation (approx. 10-15 presentation slides). In this way, practical knowledge is further expanded and direct learning success is ensured.
The written paper and the presentation (PowerPoint) must be submitted to the Haufe Akademie 4 weeks before the examination date.
Part 2: Presentation of the business case (approx. 15 minutes) and questioning by the examination committee (approx. 10 minutes) in plenary.
Part 3: Conducting an exemplary consultation with the examination committee (approx. 15 minutes).
Contents
- The certified HR business partner training course offers a varied learning concept that provides a wide range of tools and methods for the HR business partner concept. The training covers the main topics of strategy, organization and leadership in various facets and combines HR and business in a contemporary way.
- Participants follow a fixed curriculum in a sequence of predetermined dates. You complete different learning formats - from multi-day training courses to webinars and e-learning.
