This course is based on the syllabus of the certificate "IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (Foundation Level)" (Version 3.1.0).
There are no formal admission criteria for this course. We provide you with the IREB® manual. Use this to familiarize yourself with the course content and the IREB® wording. This is guaranteed to help you in the exam.
- Knowledge of the theoretical foundations (methods and processes) of requirement engineering
- Preparation for IREB certification exam "CPRE Foundation Level"
- Processing of practical examples, discussion and exchange of experience
- Develop the ability to elicit, document, review and manage requirements in agile and linear settings
Participants in this course have the opportunity to document their knowledge with the international IREB® certificate. Another plus on your CV.
Before the course starts, Certible GmbH will send you a voucher and the link to register for the exam. The voucher code must be redeemed during registration, where you can also select your desired exam date.
After registration, you will receive access data to the Certible GmbH self-service portal, where you can flexibly reschedule your booked date - there are no deadlines to be observed and no additional costs are incurred.
Technical requirements
A computer with a stable internet connection, webcam and microphone as well as one of the supported browsers (e.g. Chrome, Firefox) are required for the online exam with Certible. No installation is required.
We recommend - if possible - to use a private device and private network for the exam, especially if your company computer or network is subject to restrictions. You also have the option of carrying out a technical test in the self-service portal to ensure that your technology is compatible with the exam software.
Exam format
The exam lasts 75 minutes. On request, for example if your native language is not the same as the exam language, the exam duration can be extended to 90 minutes. Approximately 45 multiple choice questions must be answered during this time.
This requirements engineering course is predominantly interactive. Based on short impulse phases, numerous exercises are carried out and discussed together.
This course is aimed at requirement engineers, business analysts, business engineers, product engineers and project staff who have to define or interpret requirements.
