Module 1: Introduction to Teams meetings and calls

This module provides an overview of Microsoft Teams communication and collaboration options: Teams phones, auto attendants, call queues, meeting room devices and different types of meetings. It covers the benefits and limitations of Teams Phone and emphasizes the importance of Teams devices in modern work environments.


Module 2: Planning for Teams Phone

Get to know Microsoft Teams Phone and learn what you need to make and receive phone calls, schedule Teams Phone devices, features and cloud voicemail.
 

Module 3: Planning for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Surface Hub

Teams Meeting Rooms and Surface Hubs are a great way to collaborate with your Employees inside and outside the company. You can conveniently join scheduled meetings without logging in to the room device's computing unit. To get started with Microsoft Teams Rooms, you need to understand the differences and potential use cases of the different Teams Room devices, how these devices are technically managed, what licenses are required and what is important for a user-friendly physical room installation.


Module 4: Planning and optimizing network performance for Teams media

For real-time media in Microsoft Teams, network performance is the key to a good user experience. This module covers the requirements for the Teams real-time network and how you can optimize your network for Teams real-time media.


Module 5: Configuring and deploying Teams Phone

Module 14: Monitoring and correcting errors in Teams communication systems

Troubleshooting is an important task that includes troubleshooting phone number assignments, call and call quality issues, client issues and device issues. Call Analytics, Call Quality Dashboard and the Teams Rooms Pro Portal are also covered for monitoring, reporting and troubleshooting.
