Use Case 1: From rule-based systems to real AI agents
A support team answers dozens of standard questions every day. A classic chatbot with fixed answers helps—but only to a limited extent. That's where Atlassian Rovo comes in: an AI agent that accesses your Confluence docs, Jira projects, and external systems, understands context, and responds accurately. 

 

Use Case 2: Writing texts that resonate
With Atlassian Intelligence, you can transform technical notes into concise summaries, formulate precise user stories, and create understandable status updates.

 

Use Case 3: Finding answers before starting the search
A new developer joins the team. He needs information about the API architecture, but can only find scattered Confluence pages, old Jira tickets, and Slack threads. Instead of searching, he asks Rovo Chat, "How is our payment API structured?" The answer comes with links to Confluence, code repositories, and relevant tickets.

 

Use Case 4: Agents working for us
Every Monday, a team lead creates a status update: open tickets, completed tasks, blockers. This takes 30 minutes. With an Atlassian Rovo Agent, this happens automatically: the agent retrieves data from Jira, summarizes it, and posts the update to Confluence—without any manual work.
