- Understanding how service relationships and the digital product and service lifecycle contribute to value creation in modern organizations
- Getting to know the four dimensions of ITIL® service management and how they interact
- Understanding the purpose and components of the ITIL® Service Value System
- Knowing the activities of the service value chain and understanding how they jointly create value
- Understanding the importance of value streams, including value stream mapping and value stream management in digital organizations
- Understanding how ITIL® contributes to optimizing organizations and developing professional skills
Short presentations followed by brief discussions
You can register for the exam in either German or English. The official study materials are available in either German or English. We generally recommend that you take the exam in the same language as the official study materials. When you register for the exam, you can choose the exam language and the language of the eBook yourself.
A few days before the course starts, you will receive e-mail voucher from PeopleCert for an online exam via e-mail . You must redeem the exam voucher directly with PeopleCert, where you can register for an available exam date. The online exam is supervised by a PeopleCert invigilator, so you will need a device with a microphone and camera. We recommend that you take the exam on a personal PC or laptop, as company laptops often have restrictions.
Format:
Multiple-choice exam questions, number of questions: 20, duration: 30 minutes, no aids permitted
"Take2" option:
With this option, you can take the retake exam at a reduced price if you do not pass. The retake exam is administered online. If needed, you can add this option yourself in your PeopleCert candidate profile before booking the exam. You have up to six months from the date of your first exam to prepare for and take the retake exam.
This course is aimed at ITIL® 4 Foundation-certified individuals who want to learn about the differences between ITIL® 4 and ITIL® Version 5 in a compact format and at the same time obtain the current ITIL® Version 5 Foundation certificate.
