This self-developed course covers the topics of the official Microsoft course "MS-4018: Draft, analyze, and present with Microsoft 365 Copilot".
In this course, you will learn how to simplify complex use cases with the help of Copilot, develop individual scenarios and optimally integrate AI into existing processes. After the course, you will be able to use Copilot specifically for challenging tasks and design innovative solutions for your team.
1. advanced functions of M365 Copilot
- Objective: You are familiar with advanced options in M365 Copilot and can thus further optimize your work steps.
- Demo: M365 Copilot Creator, Copilot Pages and Notebooks, use standard agents
2. meeting effectiveness (efficiency in meetings)
- Objective: You can use Copilot to combine several meeting-related tasks into one process and know how to optimize your personal prompt templates.
- Exercise: Prepare an agenda and content for the meeting based on several previous meetings and discussions.
3. content creation (creating content for your subject area)
- Objective: You will be able to use Copilot to combine multiple content creation tasks into one process. You will also understand the benefits of custom agents and know how to optimize your personal prompt templates.
- Exercise: Create a topic notebook and design prompts to automate the recurring creation of content from this topic area.
4. information access & functional pain points (carrying out a complex search)
- Objective: You will recognize the difference between simple information gathering and complex research in which Copilot independently optimizes the result in several steps (deep research).
- Exercise: Carry out a complex search with the Copilot Researcher Agent.
5. efficiency (analyzing and processing data)
- Objective: You can use Copilot to combine several efficiency-related tasks with one process and know how to optimize your personal prompt templates.
- Exercise: Analyze data to better understand reports and processes. Summarize the results as a basis for a meeting or a call.
Requirements:
Basic user knowledge and at least 2 months practical experience with M365 Copilot.

It may be that the configuration of M365 Copilot in your own company differs from the standard. All standard functions are available in the training environment.
