This module covers PowerShell cmdlets that are commonly used for system administration tasks related to Active Directory, network configuration, server management, and Windows 10 device management.
3. Working with the Windows PowerShell Pipeline
This module explains the purpose and use of the PowerShell pipeline, as well as how to use the pipeline to sort, filter, enumerate, and display output data for PowerShell cmdlets. It also describes how to pass pipeline objects.
4. Working with PowerShell providers and PowerShell drives in Windows PowerShell
This module explains two technologies: PowerShell providers and PowerShell drives. These technologies allow you to work with many types of storage using the commands and techniques you use to manage the file system.
5. Retrieving administrative information using the Common Information Model and Windows Management Instrumentation
This module covers Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) and the Common Information Model (CIM). These technologies enable access to information about a computer. In addition, both technologies allow for local and remote access to management information regarding the operating system, computer hardware, and installed software.
6. Using Variables, Arrays, and Hash Tables in Windows PowerShell Scripts This module explains how to use variables, arrays, and hash tables in Windows PowerShell scripts.
7. Creating and Editing Scripts with Windows PowerShell
This module explains how to create and modify scripts. It covers useful scripting techniques, including importing data from a file, accepting user input, and error handling.
8. Managing Remote Computers with Windows PowerShell
This module primarily covers Remoting in its default configuration using HTTP on port 5985. It describes how to configure Remoting to allow or require encryption based on Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
9. Managing cloud resources using Windows PowerShell
This module explains how to install the necessary modules for managing cloud services and how to use PowerShell commands to perform basic management tasks for cloud resources such as Azure VMs, Azure storage accounts, and Azure subscriptions. This learning path also describes how to use the Azure Cloud Shell environment to perform PowerShell- or Bash-based management directly from the Azure portal.
10. Managing Microsoft 365 Services with Windows PowerShell
This module explains how to efficiently manage the most commonly used services in Microsoft 365, such as Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Office SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
11. Creating and Managing Background Jobs and Scheduled Jobs in Windows PowerShell

This course consists of training training and is led by a trainer who supervises the participants live. Theory and practice are taught with live demonstrations and practical exercises. The video conferencing software Zoom is used.
