Requirements:
- Basic understanding of IT concepts
- Basic understanding of business concepts
- Explain the fundamental concepts and business benefits of generative AI, including an understanding of challenges such as reliability and bias
- Evaluating Microsoft's generative AI solutions (Copilot, Azure AI, agents, and Foundry) and their options for deployment, licensing, and scaling
- Evaluate key considerations for the adoption of generative AI, such as model selection, cost drivers, and principles for responsible use
- Describe the technical foundations for trustworthy AI, including prompt engineering, grounding/RAG, and key requirements for data quality and security
- Prioritizing AI use cases based on value and feasibility, aligning strategies with business priorities, and tracking results using clear key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Implementing a scalable and secure foundation for AI by standardizing data, modernizing infrastructure, and applying robust governance and regulatory controls

This course consists of training training and is led by a trainer who supervises the participants live. Theory and practice are taught with live demonstrations and practical exercises. The video conferencing software Zoom is used.
