This workshop provides a hands-on demonstration of how Nextcloud can be evaluated, operated, and integrated into existing Microsoft 365 environments as a robust open-source platform.

Requirements:
Basic IT and infrastructure knowledge is a plus (familiarity with the command line, network fundamentals).
No prior knowledge of Docker is required—the lab environment is set up, and the necessary container basics will be covered in the workshop.

Software versions: Nextcloud 34 (Hub), Nextcloud Office (Collabora Online) – Docker-based lab. All software used in the course is open source.

- You'll learn through hands-on experience using your own Nextcloud instance. There will also be brief theoretical overviews, live demos, and guided exercises.
- The installation is set up on prepared lab equipment. The trainers present the strategic themes (identity, integration, migration) as concepts through live demonstrations.
- In the virtual version, the lab is conducted using the remote instances provided.
