- Structuring processes: You will learn how to structure your own processes by organizing strategic and operational process models and integrating them into the process map. This lays the foundation for effective process analysis and optimization.
- Effective use of sub-processes: You will learn how to use sub-processes effectively to simplify complex workflows. This enables you to visualize and optimize your workflows and processes thanks to BPMN 2.0, which supports the growth of your company.

Participation requirements
