The first day lays the foundation: Participants learn how to manage an organization in the Atlassian Cloud—including user and group management, security concepts, and access control, as well as the most important basic administrative settings. After that, the focus shifts to configuring Jira. The main focus here is on project settings, role and permission management, and setting up simple workflows.
The second day of training builds on this foundation, focusing on complex workflows, schemes, custom fields, and screens, as well as best practices for a scalable, well-structured Jira instance. Through this training, administrators will gradually learn how to confidently configure Jira Cloud, manage it efficiently, and tailor it precisely to the needs of their organization.
