Business Continuity Management (BCM) is an indispensable component of any modern IT security strategy. The certificate course "BCM Practitioner (BSI)" follows the official curriculum of the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) for the implementation of the new BSI Standard 200-4. In three training days, you will learn the basics of BCM, carry out your own business impact and risk analyses and use the methods and tools of the BSI. This will enable you to develop a resilient business continuity management system (BCMS), create practical emergency and recovery plans and navigate your organization safely through disruptions, emergencies and crises. Finally, you will be optimally equipped for the exam to become a certified "BCM practitioner (BSI)", which you can book as an optional extra.

The course exceeds the prescribed 24 teaching units in accordance with the BSI guidelines. Over three consecutive days (27 teaching units in total), you will learn all the content from the BSI curriculum and prepare yourself optimally for the "BCM Practitioner (BSI)" exam.

All topics are explained in a practical way using an example.
