Requirements:
There are no formal requirements for this training.
For those wishing to take the SAFe® Agilist (SA) certification exam, we recommend more than 5 years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product and/or project management and Scrum.
- Understanding how to keep a company competitive in the digital age by making not only IT, but the entire organization agile
- Leading change as a manager (leader) and promoting a culture of learning and innovation
- Synchronizing corporate goals (strategy) with execution through lean portfolio management
- Building agile teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) around value streams
- Obtaining a roadmap to successfully start or accelerate a SAFe transformation
We believe it is important that you can apply what you have learned directly.
- Theory & practice: The training consists of a combination of compact theoretical input and interactive exercises that ensure the transfer to your everyday working life.
- AI integration: We use AI in a targeted manner as a method. We discuss how executives can use AI strategically to improve data-driven decisions in portfolio management.
- Tools: In our online and hybrid training courses, we use Miro or Conceptboard as our central collaboration tool to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Learning success: Short recaps and regular learning objective checks reinforce the material immediately.
- Exam preparation: To ensure you are well prepared for the certification, we will go through the logic of the exam questions together.
After participating in the Leading SAFe course, you will receive access to the SAFe Agilist exam.
The login is valid for 30 days. Upon passing the exam, participants receive the "Certified SAFe® Agilist" certificate from the Scaled Agile Academy. The exam is held in English.
Exam format: multiple choice, web-based, no aids, questions: 45, duration: 90 minutes.
Experience has shown that seven to ten hours of independent study are required to successfully pass the exam. Our trainers will prepare you optimally for the course and will also be on hand to answer any questions afterwards.
This course is the standard for executives and change agents:
- CEOs (C-level), Executives & VPs: You want to understand how agility works at the enterprise level and how you can champion the transformation.
- Division and Department Heads: You need to understand how your leadership role changes in an agile context and how to remove obstacles for your teams.
- Program & project managers: You will transition into strategic roles (e.g., Release Train Engineer or Solution Train Engineer).
