Software management is playing an increasingly important role in companies. A lack of transparency, complex licensing models, and rising expenses quickly lead to unnecessary costs or compliance risks—especially in medium-sized companies without established license management.   In this two-day workshop, you will receive a practical introduction to software asset management (SAM) according to ISO 19770. You will learn how to establish structures, processes, and responsibilities to make software inventories transparent, securely manage contracts and licensing models, and confidently pass audits.   The focus is on practical methods rather than theory: using examples and templates, you will develop the basics you need to reduce licensing costs, avoid risks, and establish SAM as an integral part of your IT department.
