The "ITIL® 4 Foundation Certificate" is a prerequisite for this course. The "ITIL® Foundation 2011" certificate is not sufficient. If you are not yet in possession of this certificate, please attend the following course: ITIL® 4 Foundation Compact Course.
You can book the exam in German or English. The course materials and official literature are available in either German or English. We generally recommend taking the exam in the language of the official literature. When registering for the exam, you can select the exam language and the language of the eBook yourself.
You will receive a voucher for an online exam by email from PeopleCert a few days before the course starts. The exam voucher must be redeemed directly with PeopleCert, where you can register for an available exam date. The online exam will be proctored by a PeopleCert invigilator, which requires a device with a microphone and camera. The "ITIL® 4 Specialist: High Velocity IT" qualification is one of the prerequisites for certification as an ITIL® 4 Managing Professional. It provides candidates with practical and technical knowledge on how to run successful, modern and IT-enabled services, teams and workflows.
The training requires an additional time commitment outside of class of at least 20 hours.
The course consists of a three-day interactive training consisting of presentations and group exercises. Please reserve the evenings during the course for revision and/or small homework assignments. The preparation and completion of the homework contribute significantly to exam success.
