This ITIL® 4 module is one of the ITIL® 4 "extension modules" that complement the ITIL® 4 certification scheme.
It provides practical guidance to help organizations effectively plan and manage the entire lifecycle of all IT assets, with the aim of helping the organization:

The course content is based on the official PeopleCert syllabus.
Requirements:
There are no formal requirements.
- Understanding the benefits and basic concepts of AIOps, including the underlying technologies such as machine learning and AI
- Understanding the steps for introducing AIOps and the typical challenges involved
- Understanding the relationship between AIOps, MLOps, DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering
Participants receive interactive training consisting of presentations and group exercises and are supported by well-founded and certified training material that also provides valuable support for everyday project work after the training .
You will receive a voucher for an online exam by e-mail from PeopleCert a few days before the start of the course. The exam voucher must be redeemed directly with PeopleCert, where you can register for an available exam date. The online exam will be proctored by a PeopleCert proctor, which requires a device with a microphone and camera. We recommend that you take the exam on private PCs/notebooks, as company notebooks are often subject to certain restrictions.
Format: Web-based, multiple-choice exam questions, number of questions: 40, pass rate: 65%, duration: 60 minutes, open book.
In this case, "open book" means that you can use your course materials during the exam on a second device or in printed form.
Option "Take2":
This option allows you to retake the exam at a lower price if you fail. The retake exam takes place online. If required, you can book this option yourself in your PeopleCert candidate profile before booking the exam. You have up to 6 months from the date of the first exam to prepare for and take the retake exam.
