1. introduction to AI and M365 Copilot
- Objective: You understand what it means to work with an AI agent and know the basic functions of M365 Copilot.
- Demo: Overview M365 Copilot
2. meeting effectiveness (efficiency in meetings)
- Objective: You are able to use Copilot according to the requirements of meeting tasks and have developed your personal prompt templates.
- Exercise: Draft an agenda for a meeting, lead a meeting with co-pilot and reflect critically on it from different perspectives.
3. content creation (creating content for different purposes)
- Objective: You are able to use Copilot according to the requirements of content creation tasks and have developed your personal prompt templates.
- Exercise: Create content for different target groups.
4. information access & functional pain points (obtaining and analyzing content)
- Objective: You are able to use Copilot according to the requirements of information-related tasks and understand how Copilot can access and process your own data. You will be able to differentiate between traditional searches and information retrieval using generative AI and have developed your own personal prompt templates.
- Exercise: Use Copilot to access various data sources in the Microsoft 365 Cloud. Compare documents, summarize them and gain insights from chats and emails.
5. efficiency (comparison & further processing of content)
- Objective: You are able to use Copilot according to the requirements of efficiency-related tasks and have developed your personal query templates.
- Exercise: Analyze your own processes and find potential for improving performance and quality. Create an action plan to implement this.
Requirements:
No specific prior knowledge is required. The course includes an introduction to the use of AI assistants and the functions of M365 Copilot.

It may be that the configuration of M365 Copilot in your own company differs from the standard. All standard functions are available in the training environment.

- Get to know the most important Copilot functions in the chat and Office applications and use them in practice

- Distinguish between classic search queries and AI-supported information retrieval - and expand your research skills in a targeted manner
- Recognizing the enormous potential of AI assistants as a valuable tool for your everyday work
- Develop your own prompts for Copilot
This course consists of training training and is led by a trainer who supervises the participants live. Theory and practice are taught with live demonstrations and practical exercises. The video conferencing software Zoom is used.
Users who are taking their first steps with M365 Copilot. Experience with AI agents is an advantage, but not essential.
