This module provides you with a comprehensive overview of the fundamentals of security in Microsoft 365 and guides you through zero-trust principles, built-in security tools, multi-layered protection strategies, threat intelligence, identity and access management, and best practices for maintaining a secure cloud environment.
2. Introduction to Microsoft 365 Core Services and Administrative Controls
This module introduces you to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and the basic configurations for core services such as Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint.
3. Protect and manage Microsoft 365 data
This module provides you with a comprehensive overview of data protection and governance in Microsoft 365 and equips you with the knowledge needed to understand and manage sensitive information, compliance, risks, and secure collaboration.
4. Explore Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agents
This module provides you with a comprehensive introduction to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agents and explains their architecture, features, licensing models, deployment strategies, and practical use cases.
5. Perform Basic Administrative Tasks for Microsoft 365 Copilot
This module introduces you, as an administrator, to managing Microsoft 365 Copilot, including licensing and access control, billing and usage monitoring, prompt governance, and strategies for tracking and promoting user adoption.
6. Perform Basic Administrative Tasks for Microsoft 365 Copilot Agents
This module guides you, as an administrator, through configuring user access and permissions for agents, creating, editing, testing, and publishing Copilot agents, managing agent sharing and governance, and monitoring the entire agent lifecycle using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools.

- Learn how to integrate M365 tools (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), use the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to manage services, and securely delegate permissions
- Use Microsoft Purview for data protection, including the classification of sensitive information (labels), the implementation of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), compliance with communication regulations, and data lifecycle management (retention, archiving)
- Understanding Copilot's architecture (Microsoft Graph, LLMs), the differences between Copilot and various agent types (prebuilt, custom, SharePoint), and their respective use cases
- Monitor licensing, track adoption using Copilot Analytics, manage prompts, and manage the entire agent lifecycle (creation, testing, deployment, and access control)
This course consists of antraining is led by an instructor who provides live guidance to participants. Theory and practice are taught through live demonstrations and hands-on exercises. The course uses the video conferencing software Zoom.
