AI tools: How artificial intelligence is used in companies

There are now AI tools for almost everything. Although many ideas are still in their infancy and are not yet fully developed, there are already some AI tools that companies should take a look at. It's often the little things that artificial intelligence can do. But these little things make a big difference. These AI tools for SMEs are interesting for all companies.

Text AI tools

Text AI now seems to be a dime a dozen. With the release of ChatGPT, OpenAI kicked off a trend that has now gone far beyond a trend and is an integral part of technical development.

Although text AI is only rarely suitable for writing long, sophisticated texts, text AI tools are ideal for shorter texts such as emails, forms or profiles. Especially because they also take care of proofreading and, if required, translation.

Image AI tools

Anyone who has already worked a little with image AI will have noticed that the results are often still "hit & miss". The chances of a good picture depend, among other things, on the style and what should be shown in the picture. Ideally, no hands, because they tend to have too many or too few fingers.

Image AI nevertheless provides very good material, for example for project planning as sample material or image material for social media. It is always important to take a second look before publishing to ensure that no errors creep in. Of course, it is even better to use the AI image only as a blueprint for editing and to create the final image from it yourself.

Video AI tools

Videos convey a very unique impression. They can be used to present your own company or products. However, it is sometimes too time-consuming and costly to arrange a shoot for this.

Video AI tools are good for explanatory videos with animations or short clips. Longer video sequences tend to be of lower quality and should therefore continue to be shot manually.

Process AI tools

In every company, there are everyday processes that do not change. For many of these processes, there are now AI tools that take over or at least support these small tasks.

Examples of this include the creation of invoicing or duty rosters, customer communication in the form of chatbots and project management, which is supported by AI tools. This makes it easier to identify planning errors or gaps that could unnecessarily prolong a project or still require planning.
