Dr. Jens Freiberg is an auditor and member of the Executive Board of BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt am Main. He was appointed to the IFRS Interpretations Committee in March 2020 and re-elected for a second term in July 2022. Dr. Jens Freiberg is also the author of numerous articles on current international accounting issues and author/co-editor of a German commentary on IFRS published by Haufe Verlag (22nd edition 2024) and co-editor of a German commentary on ESRS published by HAUFE Verlag (1st edition 2023).

Jens Berger is the partner responsible for all corporate reporting issues (Professional Practice Director) and head of the IFRS and Corporate Reporting Center of Excellence at Deloitte Germany, as well as a member of Deloitte's Global IFRS Leadership Team. He has extensive experience in the introduction and application of international accounting standards from consulting projects and audits. Jens Berger is Vice Chair of EFRAG's Technical Expert Group (TEG) and a member of the DRSC's Financial Reporting Committee. He is also Chairman of EFRAG's Financial Instruments Working Group and Chairman of the "Financial Instruments" working group as well as a member of the "Sustainability" Steering Committee and the "IFRS Accounting" working group at the IDW.

Prof. Dr. Karina Sopp holds the Chair of General Business Administration, in particular Entrepreneurship and Business Taxation at the Technical University Bergakademie Freiberg, is Managing Director of retria ESG reporting & analysis, author of numerous publications and a member of committees for the further development of taxation and accounting regulations (e.g. "Tax" working group of the DRSC).

Prof. Dr. Bernd Hacker is Professor of Management Accounting at the Technical University of Rosenheim. He has many years of experience in senior CFO positions in banks and industry. Dr. Hacker is a consultant and expert on projects such as the transition to IFRS. Prof. Dr. Bernd Hacker is a former member of the IFRIC of the IASB in London (2003 to 2013).

He has many years of experience in auditing and preparing individual and consolidated financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS.
