This training is held in German.
Power BI Desktop and Power BI (Web) Service enable you to complete controlling tasks faster and more efficiently. For example, you can automatically import and clean data from Excel, CSV files, SQL databases, etc. in order to be able to analyze it in the desired form. The so-called visuals of Power BI make it possible to display data in meaningful reports, even with external diagrams. The reports can easily be made available in the Power BI (web) service for employees in the company and other organizations.

- Presentation of the individual components of Power BI: The ETL process Power Query, the data model with DAX, visuals and the sharing of reports via the Power BI web service.

Microsoft Excel (Office 365 wird empfohlen) und mit integriertem Power BI (kostenfreie Version ist ausreichend).
Empfohlen für
Controller:innen und Anwender:innen aus anderen Bereichen, die große Datenmengen aus unterschiedlichen Quellen importieren, aufbereiten, analysieren und visualisieren möchten.
Gute Grundkenntnisse in MS Excel sind für das Seminar erforderlich. Das Seminar ist nicht für Excel-Einsteiger:innen geeignet. Keine Vorkenntnisse in Power BI notwendig.

Excel ist zu einem mächtigen Werkzeug geworden und nimmt es auch mit komplexen Anforderungen auf. Nun gibt es seit dem Jahr 2013 das Schwestersystem PowerBI Desktop (PBID). Wir zeigen Ihnen, welche Lösungsansätze Sie von Excel mit nach PowerBI nehmen und wie Sie aber auch mit PBID die Grenzen von Excel sprengen können. Aus diesen beiden Programmen wird so ein unschlagbares Team im Controlling.
PBID ermöglicht es Ihnen, Ihre Aufgaben im Controlling effizienter und schneller zu erledigen. So können Sie Daten aus fast jeder Quelle wie z.B. Datenbank, CSV-Dateien, etc. abfragen, einfügen, automatisiert transformieren lassen und in Dashboards in Sekundenschnelle grafisch darstellen. Viele Excel-Anwender wünschen sich darüber hinaus, die in Excel aufbereiteten Daten nach PBID zu importieren und dort weiterzuverarbeiten. Auch dies ist möglich.
Die sogenannten Visuals von PowerBI ermöglichen es, auf einfache Weise Daten und Auswertungen ansprechend darzustellen, um aussagekräftige Berichte, Charts und Datenanalysen zu verfassen. Diese Berichte können für die Mitarbeiter und andere Organisationen freigegeben und dann im Rahmen der Freigabe von Benutzern multivariat geändert bzw. umgestaltet werden. Dies kann bei Bedarf sogar mit mobilen Geräten, wie Tablets oder Smartphones geschehen.
