- After the 2nd compulsory module, you will receive a free, individual 2-hour telephone coaching session (1 x 120 minutes or 2 x 60 minutes).
- You have the opportunity to discuss your questions about the mandatory Controlling Express seminar in depth with your trainer . You can determine the content of the telephone coaching session yourself.
- Effective implementation of theory in practice. Directly after the training! The telephone coaching must be called up within 6 months of attending the mandatory Controlling Express seminar.
- Telephone coaching is 1:1, discreet, flexible in terms of time and location. You arrange the appointments for telephone coaching with your coach. You can schedule them flexibly according to your needs.
Our course is aimed at re-entrants, returnees or career changers and offers a curated range of relevant and proven controlling topics as well as content on digitalization, organization and time management from the high-quality Haufe portfolio. We offer you a solution that allows you to quickly build and expand your knowledge, competencies and skills and positively develop your mindset flexibly, individually and independently of time and location. The course includes a selection of topics tailored to your situation and a varied mix of methods for your optimal learning success.
- In the self-study phases, you can acquire knowledge and skills using video lectures, e-learning library, online learning unit, access to the Haufe Controlling Office and the Controller Magazin.
- The live online training sessions provide you with structured controlling expertise as well as valuable impulses for your time management and the organization of your everyday work.
- You will receive personal and individual support in the two included 1:1 telephone coaching sessions. In a one-to-one coaching session lasting 60 minutes, a coach will advise you on your personal challenges in the areas of organization and time management. You can discuss your individual controlling issues with a controlling expert in a 2-hour telephone coaching session.
- To refresh, deepen and expand your controlling expertise and your knowledge of Excel, reporting and data analysis, you can choose from a selection of top controlling seminars. You can choose your personal focus by selecting two Elective seminars from the following subject areas:
- IT tools, data analytics and BI in controlling
- Operational controlling
- Strategic controlling
- Personal and social skills in controlling.
All available elective seminars can be completed either on site or online.
