- Personnel requirements analysis and target group identification, trainees and students, career changers, skilled workers, specialists (IT, engineering, science).
Developing an employer brand Part II
- Target group analysis, detailed analysis per target group, use of AI tools for analysis (live demo)
- Employer value proposition, unique selling and differentiation features EVP canvas method, development of value propositions.
Personnel marketing strategy
- Strategy development with AI support, candidate journey mapping, 7-P model in HR marketing.
- Channel strategy and budgeting, best practices job posting, best practices website, best practices social media.
