How to build strong relationships in coaching

As a coach , how do you win over your coachees in the initial contact? Do you understand the actual concerns and goals of your coachees? In addition to all the technical professionalism, you need a stable contact and a supporting level of trust with your counterpart.
In the second module of your coaching training, you will deepen your relationship-building skills and explore the basics and models.
How to make your coachee's situation visible

In the third module, you will learn how to assess the initial situation of your coachees in a profound and professional manner. You will learn methods to make the situation and the target image tangible for the coachee.
You will also learn about visualization methods that support your coachees in finding solutions. You will receive a comprehensive and practical set of methods. This will provide you with the basis for successful work as a coach.
How to successfully use tools for virtual coaching sessions

In the sixth module of the training, you will learn more about dealing with special situations in an appreciative manner. You will also practise the professional conclusion of the coaching process.
The transfer of the coaching results into the everyday life of your coachees and the subsequent evaluation play a central role for you as a coach . This is how you ensure, document and optimize the quality of your work as a professional coach.
How to present yourself successfully on the market

Successful coaching requires comprehensive self-positioning and successful marketing. By examining your values, your orientation and your skills, you create the basis for generating the right assignments for you and carrying out your coaching processes professionally.
In this module, you round off your training as a qualified coach . You will present your coaching concept in the form of a written thesis and receive qualified feedback.
