FAQ about the Haufe coaching training

The Haufe coaching training is suitable for people who want to work professionally as external or internal coach , such as managers, HR managers, project managers or people who work in advisory roles. The training is also aimed at coaches who want to professionalize their way of working.

You do not need any special prior knowledge in the field of coaching. However, a degree (or equivalent training) and at least two years of professional experience are required.

In this exceptional case, we will then look for a solution together. As the Haufe coaching training currently has four start dates per year, you can usually catch up on the missed module in a timely manner.

We work in small groups with a maximum of 12 participants per session. 

An exchange with the other participants is even explicitly planned as part of the learning groups that take place between the modules in order to deepen your knowledge and strengthen the transfer of learning. The trainer are also available to answer any questions you may have. 

The effort between the modules amounts to approx. 6-8 hours within the approx. 6 weeks between two modules, consisting of: 

- Work in the learning group (approx. 2-4 hours)
- Self-conducted coaching sessions (time required: approx. 2 hours)

To obtain the certificate of Haufe Akademie To receive the certificate, you must have participated in all modules and participated in the learning groups between the modules, conducted and documented coaching sessions yourself, and reflected on your coaching practice. 

The title is: Haufe Coaching-Ausbildung: Systemische:r Business coach.

Your teaching coaches will give you tips on how to find people for your coaching sessions. A coachee exchange ring is also offered as part of the training.

After completing the Haufe coaching training course, you will have the tools you need to get started as a coach . The practical training also ensures that you have plenty of opportunities to try out your skills as a coach and strengthen your abilities both during and outside the training.

The Haufe Akademie is a recognized training institute of the German Association for Coaching and Training (dvct). Upon completion of the Haufe Coaching Training, you meet the dvct's criteria for coaching training. If you are interested in becoming a dvct member, you can find information about further requirements and the examination process at www.dvct.de. The dvct regularly offers open examinations throughout Germany.
