This practice-oriented seminar provides a theoretical introduction to how chatbots work and practical insights into their use in the purchasing process. You will learn how ChatGPT can be used optimally to make purchasing processes more efficient and smoother. A special feature of the seminar is the opportunity to try out chatbots in a secure environment and adapt ChatGPT to individual needs and processes. This allows participants to directly implement the knowledge they have acquired and experience the benefits of chatbots and artificial intelligence (AI) in the purchasing process.

- Development of strategies for the optimal integration of ChatGPT into the purchasing process.
Practical exercises:
- Participants will create their own scenarios in individual and group exercises and develop solutions with ChatGPT.
Discussion and exchange of experience:
- Participants share their experiences and best practices in the use of ChatGPT in purchasing.
