"The training gave me self-confidence and structure - and closed the circle between my previous experience and new methods."

"Our law firm is very innovative and we have already digitized workflows with our clients in the past. Now comes the new era - from digitalization and automation to the operational and strategic use of AI," reports Karolina. After her parental leave, she wanted to work more efficiently and further develop her leadership role. At the same time, her law firm is facing a major transformation that she wants to actively shape."
"I had already experimented a lot with AI in my private life and saw enormous potential. It was important to me to give the whole thing a structure."
A decisive reason for choosing the Haufe Akademie was the Personal consultation beforehand. During the consultation, it became clear that the Business Automation Manager training was much better suited to her needs than a pure AI course. "The fact that the Haufe Akademie took the time to look at my situation in detail convinced me. It was the right decision because I felt that my goals were taken seriously."
Karolína describes her first few days of training as exciting and instructive: "I was nervous at first, but the documents in advance gave me confidence. Even in the first seminars, there was an open atmosphere with intensive discussions."
She remembers one moment in particular: "When we were asked to build our own chatbot, it clicked for me. Suddenly the theoretical knowledge was tangible."
"The mixture of theory, practice and open exchange showed me that learning doesn't have to be dry. On the contrary, I really enjoyed it and it motivated me to keep going every time."
The practical exercises gave her confidence in dealing with AI and robotic process automation (RPA) and the confidence to actively drive these topics forward in the company. "It was incredibly rewarding to see how other companies tackle similar challenges - it opened up many new perspectives for me."

The training has strengthened Karolína and given her confidence in dealing with new topics. The open atmosphere in the learning group was particularly impressive: "It was very relaxed and people really dared to address their own problems."
The insights into different sectors - from flower stores to steel companies - were also valuable.
"That's when I realized that automation really can be an issue everywhere. I often thought that others must have implemented it long ago. But no, you can ask, support and share knowledge."
This outside-the-box thinking inspired her to focus her discussions with clients more specifically on automation potential. At the same time, she realized that many employees are initially afraid of new technologies - for example, of being replaced or losing control over their work. "I explain to my colleagues that AI and RPA are tools. They should support us, not replace us."
"For me and the firm, further training is a milestone. It is the basis for the future. On the one hand, because we can now strategically approach process optimization with the necessary knowledge background. On the other hand, what I have learned enables me to understand employees' fears and take them seriously in order to keep them as long-term supporters in the company."
Karolína implemented her first ideas directly in her law firm during her training. She kept asking herself: "What could you start with?" This resulted in two projects that combine RPA, AI and the human component. One focus was time recording, in which an RPA robot extracts data from the system and an AI bot checks it.
"The projects have shown me that I not only understand the content, but can also actively use it to implement real improvements in my day-to-day work."
This practical reference made it clear that further training does not end in the classroom. "This is exactly what showed me how valuable it is not only to learn new things, but also to apply them directly to my own work context."
Karolína emphasizes how important an open attitude was for the success of the training. Those who enter the Future Jobs Class without prejudices and with the willingness to ask even supposedly simple questions benefit the most.
"For me, it was crucial to start the Master Class with an open attitude, because that was the only way I could really absorb all the impulses and make use of them in my everyday life."
She describes how the diversity of topics and perspectives enriched her. There is no one right solution, but rather many approaches that can be applied individually through exchange and practical examples. Looking back, she summarizes: "If you are looking for structure and want to combine the individual components of AI and RPA into a whole, the Future Jobs Class is the best and most efficient decision."
