My conclusion on the Future Jobs Class:

"I am convinced that learning needs to become more agile. The training has not only given me new perspectives, but also a well-founded toolset for my day-to-day work."

Why I decided to do the training

"I didn't just want to support learning and training in my company, I really wanted to shape it," says Luis, who as Training Manager designs global learning programs and strategically develops digital learning formats, among other things. In this role, he was looking for a training program that combined scientific and didactic knowledge - and found what he was looking for in the Haufe Akademie 's Future Jobs Classes.

What particularly impressed him was that the Master Class not only offered in-depth content, but also a modern learning concept that specifically addresses current challenges in corporate learning. It was clear to Luis that this further training would help him both professionally and personally.

"The topic of agile learning support was particularly exciting for me - I had heard about it, but had little idea what it meant. Today, it is a central part of my work."

Hi, future me. With joy of learning and structure in further education

Luis found the self-study units challenging at first: "It was more than I expected - but it was well thought out and well structured." He also quickly realized how important it is to actively take time to learn and exchange ideas with others.

He found the combination of independent learning, group discussions and interactive webinars particularly helpful. The mix of theory, practice and reflection in particular opened up new ways for him to see how modern training can work.

"I have learned that learning formats not only convey content, but also shape the attitude and culture within the company. That's exactly where the Future Jobs Class comes in."

A formative experience: experiencing the Walt Disney method live and then successfully implementing it in everyday working life. In the exercise, the group went through the three classic perspectives of the method - dreamer, realist and critic. This approach made it possible to systematically evaluate and further develop creative ideas. Luis found it particularly exciting how the method can also be applied to in-company training projects - for example when designing new learning formats or analyzing existing offers.

"That showed me: I can do this - and I can help others to learn for themselves."

Networking, understanding, learning from each other

"The greatest strength of the training for me was the exchange with participants from very different industries," emphasizes Luis. The discussions with people from the chemical and healthcare industries gave him new ideas - both in terms of content and methodology. These were industries that Luis had hardly had any professional contact with before. This is precisely why they offered exciting, fresh perspectives on topics such as learning, change and organizational development.

"It was instructive to see how differently learning processes are conceived and implemented in other sectors. It gave me new food for thought for my own work context."

He found it particularly enriching how open and constructive the discussions within the group were. Different perspectives came together without contradicting each other - on the contrary, they complemented each other and opened up new ways of thinking. This created a real breeding ground for innovation.

A project that brings knowledge to life

In the Master Class, Luis developed a specific project that combined content from several modules. He designed a detailed plan that he was able to implement directly in his working environment. He brought together different content from the areas of agile learning support and creativity methods - with the aim of making the internal training program more innovative. "It was challenging - but that's exactly how I was able to anchor what I learned in the long term."

"I have a much clearer picture of how learning can have a strategic impact in a company. As a lever for cultural change, innovation and sustainability."

My tip for anyone who wants to rethink learning

"Reserve fixed time slots for the self-study units right from the start. This makes it easier for you to get started and gives you more depth," recommends Luis.

His most important learning: agile and autonomous learning is not a "nice-to-have", but a prerequisite for making employees fit for the future. In times of rapid technological developments, growing complexity and changing requirements, companies need employees who are flexible, willing to learn and able to organize themselves.

"This is exactly what the Haufe Akademie did an excellent job of conveying - with a learning concept that not only imparts knowledge, but also truly empowers people to actively shape the future of work."

For Luis, the Future Jobs Class was not just further training, it marked the starting point of a new learning culture. This is because learning is not seen as a one-off event, but as a continuous process that is closely linked to strategic corporate development. The training not only gave him up-to-date knowledge, but also the courage to break new ground together with his team and establish learning as a driver for change.
