Bill Cole

I spent 30 years of my working life in the British Army which obviously influences my perception of leadership, communication and empowerment. Perhaps my experience gives a fresh perspective to participants attending my leadership courses as I tend to have a non-Corporate way of viewing work life. It is very important to me that I promote a enjoyable, secure environment on trainings so participants feel safe to share experiences for the benefit of everybody. My top priority is that participants leave my courses feeling refreshed and confident knowing they have new skills and ideas to significantly enhance their leadership journey.
