With over 15 years of experience in IT program management and cybersecurity, I am a leader and a trainer who is passionate about creating a future worth living along enkelfähig values.

I am responsible for introducing ISMS of 7 portfolio companies and ensuring the continuous improvement and maturation of cyber practices along the portfolio. I understand cyber security as behavioral change among senior leadership, employees, customers and suppliers. I also enjoy explaining digital transformation in simple words and empowering others to embrace the opportunities and challenges of the digital era. As a Freelance Trainer, I have created and conducted trainings in the areas of digital transformation, strategic decision making, RPA, chatbot, process mining, BPM, blockchain, AI, change management, and agile development. I have also received multiple awards and certifications for my achievements and contributions in process improvement, talent management, and responsible AI.
