Complex projects and programs with many participants often come up against conflicts of interest, a lack of support in the hierarchy or unclear roles. There is often a lack of acceptance in change processes. "Hidden agendas" and micro-politics make collaboration difficult. The methods of systemic consulting help to analyze these challenges more precisely and deal with them better. Agile principles become easier to understand and can be applied in a more targeted manner. This training gives you a new perspective on people, groups and the psychological dynamics in projects.

  • When does a systemic approach make sense in a project or program?
  • Introduction to systems theory and systemic counseling.

  • Systemic consulting and system visualization according to Eckard König and Gerda Volmer.
  • The 6-factor system model according to Gregory Bateson.
  • The awareness wheel and the systemic loop.
  • Drivers and counter-drivers - understanding system dynamics better.
  • Collegial case consultation: essentials and methods.
  • Systemic questions and working with hypotheses.
  • Columbo technique and reporter technique for targeted inquiries.
  • Raising awareness of non-verbal communication and training professional intuition.
  • Best practices for a systemically organized project structure.
  • Basics for change projects, organizational development and project restructuring.

Group work on participants' specific cases, peer counseling, trainer input, role plays, transfer methods, high proportion of coaching in the training.
