Methods
Group work on participants' specific cases, peer counseling, trainer input, role plays, transfer methods, high proportion of coaching in the training.
You bring your own practical cases, which will be worked on during the training . Preparation takes place via a questionnaire and a preliminary discussion (to be found in your Haufe Akademie learning environment after your registration). All information provided remains confidential!
