This training is held in German.
By introducing a project management office (PMO), you create a permanent support and development function for your company's projects through standardization, effective resource management and control of the project portfolio. This PMO training course provides you with an overview of the tasks of a PMO and the basic methods and tools for a well-functioning PMO. The training provides you with basic information on the role of the PMO, its tasks, competencies and interfaces.
