Working agile - whether in projects or in product development - does not mean simply getting started. Especially at the beginning (project inception), there is usually only a rough idea of the goal. Nevertheless, there are important considerations and decisions to be made: What is to be achieved? How should we work together? And how can success be measured later? The core of the seminar initially focuses on the decisive factors at the start of an agile project in order to then successfully manage and promote it.
