The core of the seminar initially focuses on the decisive factors at the start of an agile project in order to then successfully manage and promote it.

- How we can measure in future whether the project was set up correctly.

- Use reviews and retros as a stage - create transparency and ensure clarity.

- Business case and feasibility study as a source of ideas and management tool.
- Roadmap, target cross and project canvas and value tree.
- Use cases, user stories & co.
- Cause-effect diagram, feature tree, workflows, context diagram, flow charts, milestone plan and much more.
- Prioritization techniques, structured walkthroughs, retros and reviews.
